Here is a 45 minute sequence to help make the most of the long weekend. I have designed this class to energise and bring focus throughout the day, so that our days don't all blur into one long, sleepy Sunday :)
In this class we build strength through a stronger, standing yoga sequence helping to remove stagnancy and lethargy and calming restlessness. Some previous vinyasa yoga experience is recommended for a couple of tricky transitions - and as always it doesn't need to be "perfect"... just feel amazing!
